This is a very beautiful picture.
The technique is perfect, the picture is sharp, has an excellent depth of field and the reflexions in the drop are very clear.

Maybe a picture of a feather with drops and glitter is not very original, but the black feather is something new in contrast to all those soft and pink feathers. The dark colour harmonises perfectly with the blue colours of the glitter and the white reflexions are nice highlights.

I also like the upper part of the picture where the blurry feather fades. Maybe on the right side of the picture is a bit unnecessary space, but all in all i think the composition is great.
